This course will train you to be a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), a designation offered by Scrum Alliance to practitioners who have successfully completed a CSM course and demonstrate their understanding through the CSM test. A CSM performs the following functions:

What are the prerequisites for the Certified ScrumMaster certification?
There are no eligibility criteria set for the ScrumMaster certification. Any professional looking to further his or her career in management can take this course.
How do I get certified as a Certified ScrumMaster?
- Step one: understand the Scrum framework and lifecycle.
- Step two: attend the two-day CSM training course conducted by a certified trainer.
- Step three: pass the CSM online test conducted by Scrum Alliance.
- To pass the test, a candidate must correctly answer at least 24 out of the 35 questions.
- Once you pass the exam, you will need to submit a license agreement to the Scrum Alliance for acceptance, and a membership profile must be completed.
