Turn your talent acquisition operation into a finely tuned machine.
The 1 day workshop is based on a truly consultative approach, developing agile process toolkits which take the best of your existing recruitment / sourcing process and make adjustments, applying a data-driven approach to eliminating waste and building continuous improvement mind-set.
We will share the most up-to-date sourcing techniques and best practices, combining technology and lean principles to provide a unique strategic value.
3 Steps to An Agile Talent Acquisition Strategy:
- Strong Metrics and Talent Acquisition Strategy: we will look at your entire talent acquisition strategy. What are the different processes involved in filling an open position? How are those processes tracked or measured? Methods need to be analyzed, adapted, sometimes changed entirely, to remain cost-effective and successful.
- Recruitment Metrics and Strategy Review: we will review every component of your talent acquisition methods and identifying areas for improvement. 2 important sources of waste in your human capital supply chain, now it’s time to look for defective production, motion, and waiting.
- Continuous Improvement Based on Results: Once we established your recruitment strategy and the metrics you’ll use to measure its success. We will review the whole system and found some genuine room for improvement. Now how do you move forward? Change is hard, but if you can accept that not everything will work perfectly the first time, you’ll end up with a much more flexible talent acquisition strategy.
