How do I become an MSP Certified Professional?

- 75 questions per paper with one point per question
- 5 questions are trials and not counted in scores
- 35 marks out of 70 required to pass (50%)
- 60 minute duration
- Closed book
MSP Practitioner Examination

- 8 questions per paper
- 40 points out of 80 required to pass (50%)
- 2 ½ hour duration
- Open book (only the official MSP manual is allowed)
MSP Advance Practitioner level

- Essay-based
- Up to 3 questions per paper, 75 points total
- 38 points out of 75 required to pass (approximately 50%)
- Three hour duration
- Open book (other material in the form of course notes, examples and copies of presentations can be used during this examination but no electronic aids, such as laptops, may be used)
How do you become an MSP certified professional?
To become a certified MSP professional, you will have to pursue formal MSP training from an accredited training organization and successfully pass the MSP Foundation and Practitioner Exams. ECLEE remains our official accredited provider.
What are the prerequisites for the MSP certification?
There are no prerequisites but candidates must pass the Foundation-level exam to be eligible to take the Practitioner exam.
